Members are the lifeforce of RSVP, providing the organization with input, community, and leadership. Our elected officials are named below and include the President and Vice President (two-year terms), the Treasurer (three-year, renewable term), the Recording Secretary (two-year, renewable), a Board of Directors (two-year, renewable) that oversees the work and financial health of the organization, and Student Representatives (two-year, renewable).
We have several appointed positions as well: editors of Victorian Periodicals Review and of the Curran Index, our Archivist, our Communications Coordinator, and our Digital Content Manager. Additional opportunities for participation and leadership come in the form of several committees (for annual awards and conference planning, or ad hoc committees such as website updates, special initiatives, etc.).
